Run "rpm -V iptables" to verify your iptables package. In particular
watch out for the LOG userspace extension module (libipt_LOG.so).
Run "rpm -V kernel" to verify your kernel package. In particular
watch out for the LOG kernel module (ipt_LOG.o). It would be
auto-loaded upon using the LOG option.
