Hi Folks, While checking disk space this week I've found that my ~/Mail directory is taking up approx 25% of the used space so I thought it'd be a good idea to have a tidy-up.
I set expiry dates of the folders and then expired folders. This reduced the number of messages listed in the folders - so far so good. Then I chose compact all folders which sat there working for quite a while. However, it didn't actually free up any disk space and the files inside the folder are still the same size. I'm using KDE 3.0.0-10 and KMail 1.4.1 on a RH7.3 system. Anyone got any ideas what I need to do? -- Gary Stainburn This email does not contain private or confidential material as it may be snooped on by interested government parties for unknown and undisclosed purposes - Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act, 2000 -- redhat-list mailing list unsubscribe mailto:redhat-list-request@;redhat.com?subject=unsubscribe https://listman.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/redhat-list
