M$ doesn't tell us anything.  If you're trying to say Microsoft Windows
NT or 2000 or XP, say so.  M$ could mean Windows 3.1 which certainly
does *not* have this functionality.

Overall, what you're trying to do is use access control lists.  Although
they were expected to be Red Hat Linux 8.0, they were pulled at the last
minute since there were kernel instabilities.  If you're willing to be
on the bleeding edge, you can enable the features yourself.  They may
work for you, or you may have the same issues that Red Hat found.

Finally, please wrap your lines at something less than 80 characters.
