My external IP as DynDNS.org has it is 24.158.191.171, but it only brings up my routers admin page instead of the web site I'm trying to host off my system and no one EXTERNAL of me can connect at all. Apparently this is NOT my real IP, and I've checked all the settings on my router (it does have a web nterface): (MAC Address: 00-06-25-6A-A4-FA) IP Address: 192.168.1.1 Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0 DHCP server: Enabled WAN: (MAC Address: 00-04-5A-4A-FC-8A) IP Address: 24.158.191.171 Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0 Default Gateway: 24.158.191.1 DNS: 24.159.64.20 216.206.101.2 0.0.0.0 DHCP Remaining Time: 6 days 23:38:07 That is the i nfo that my router gives me. I assume it's wrong in some manner (or there is something in the setting blocking me from serving up my web site) because my httpd.conf files HAVEN'T changed since I installed my router. The documentation does NOT have an FAQ on how to configure it to allow a web server through. I've already tried editing the DMZ Hosting option on the router, putting in 192.168.1.101 (which is the IP assigned my system; DMZ Hosting, btw, exposes my computer directly to the i-net), that didnt work. I've tried changing it from gateway to router, that only blocked/disrupted my i-net access. -- redhat-list mailing list unsubscribe mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]?subject=unsubscribe https://listman.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/redhat-list
