from "66.122.19.40:6667" you see the use of port 6667, that is a common port
used in IRC, so probably someone is trying to connect to IRC...

it's already being blocked, you must have a rule that blocks certain type of
traffic and that connection is matching that rule..
check the ipchains or iptables manpages, according to which of the two
you're using..
