couple of the basic questions should probably be answered. what does cat /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_forward show? needs to be 1 what are the firewall rules doing? anything getting logged? My guess is that one of these is ging to be the issue. BTW I don't see how this machine can see the default gateway since it is not on any of the subnets your machine is connected to.
