Change your fstab to add "journal=writeback" to the fourth (options)  
field of the root partition. Of course, writeback provides lower
consistency guarantees than data=ordered because it doesn't flush data
before transaction commits.

But if you are sure this is what you want, the "journal=writback" option 
will do it. To change it without rebooting, use:

        mount -o remount,journal=writeback /

and away you go. Good luck!
