Dameware is not the tool you want. This can be used to access other 
desktops to administrate them maybe. You will see exactly what is on 
the screen the persons sees who is sitting in front of the screen even 
if you are miles away.

What you need on order to get Windows-PCs to a Terminal Server is the 
"Terminal Server Client" which is part of the "Windows NT4 - Terminal 
Server Edition" or "Windows 2000 Server - Terminal Services" iirc.

I think that on original Windows9x/NT/2K/XP-CDs there is a subfolder 
besides win9x/i386 where this tool is available as well.

The Terminal Server Client is downloadable free of charge from some 
page at Microsoft.
