Not to be a smart ass, but one thing I learned developing software is NEVER upgrade
anything on a production or development system, especially Microsoft stuff, but just 
about anything else in general.  You never know what could break and cause you hours,
days, or weeks of headaches for a twenty minute upgrade.  As the adage goes, if it's
not broke, don't fix it.
