The training class that includes the test, RH300.  It does an excellent
job preparing you for the exam.  I knew most of the stuff, but it clued
me in on a few of the strange questions on the written test that I never
encountered in my own experience.

It's a great class if you can afford it, or if somebody else is paying
for it. Plus spending a week in Raleigh isn't too shabby.
