I don't see much "in the wild", but they certainly have a lot of
packages available.

OpenPKG is "cross-platform RPM-based Unix software packaging."
http://www.openpkg.org/
They use rpm... If they offer packages that Red Hat does not, the
packages will likely work on Red Hat systems (being... you know... cross
platform)
