Ive been getting this ALOT too. I moved over to Ximian Red Carpet. It updates Red Hat Packages and is ALWAYS up. The Bandwith is not that bad eather.
Try it out. Go to www.ximian.com and check out the Red Carpet service. It is free( Although, there is also a payed version that offers support). The Free version has no limitations that I can see.
