Sure, try "FreeS/WAN" at <http://www.freeswan.org/>.  Or look here for
SRPMS/RPMS:

<http://the-other.wiretapped.net/security/cryptography/network/freeswan/RedH
at-RPMs/> but you will have to match your kernel version with theirs.

It's better to download a SRPM from somewhere and compile it on your machine
against your own kernel...
