qmail has a wrapper that you can use called datemail, which is used like
sendmail (the qmail sendmail), to convert to local time.  It is in the
/var/qmail/bin/ dir, and is used as /var/qmail/bin/datemail -t  
This is useful when injecting email via (qmail)sendmail.
