I'm trying to find out if there's a utility (either for Linux or Windows) that works similar to Windows 'PING' command but allows you to use MAC Addresses instead of IP Addresses. And when it finds the MAC Address, it can return what the IP would be (like the ping trying to resolve a machine name when you use -a).
