Actually, I read more on this list. Apparently (as a user coming from Mandrake 8.2), RH7.3 is a shitty version compared to RH7.2... I have had lots of problem related to bugs. Anyway, I just submitted a bug about this to RH through bugzilla. Hopefully a new redhat-config-network will be delivered soon.
