There are lots of small configuration errors that could cause this. You had just one 
server on your network, using some wizzard install. Adding a second server (even 
another Netware server) may change this completely. You'll have to do something Small 
Businness users never though they'd have to: understand all your configuration options 
and customize them.

Check your carefully configurations for TCP/IP and IPX on both Linux, Netware and 
Windows machines, pay attention to NetBIOS and DHCP. Check also which network services 
are being provided by each server and the configuration for each.

I've seem many Novell networks down to theirs knees after adding TCP/IP to the 
Network. Windows and TCP/IP generates a lot of traffic, and you network may not be 
able to handle the extra traffic. So it may not be a configuation problem but a 
capacity problem (buy new switches, segment your network, ...)
