Dear List
I have a hardware raid problem, while my hardware engineers converted
from raid 3 to raid 5 , subsequently am unable to boot from my root
partition.
I did with rescue disk and tried to mount the root partition to recover
the data.. i am unsuccessful in doing so as the root partition /dev/sda2
is corrupted (superblock).
I have 3 scsi disks with raid level 3 , i dont have no bootdisk or
backup of data.
i have 11 partition with data and i need to recover all the data , what
would be the best solution to do the same.
Would it be feasible to boot from a ide disk and mount the scsi disk
partition and recover the data.
Thanks in advance
Best regards
Ganeshh
