I’m trying connect via telnet to my server linux (redhat 7.3) and it show me the login to authentifacte but when I input my root and password it says me that the login incorrect.

don't use telnet, use ssh (search for putty, it's a free ssh client for windows)

I using a telnet windows xp to connect it.

I Know that I musn’t use this way to connect remote , but I want to use from internal lan only because I’m beginng with linux.

root isn't allowed to telnet into your box by default. Check /etc/securetty or use a user account and "su" to login and become root.
