Also from the man page:

         # Host alias specification
         Host_Alias     SPARC = bigtime, eclipse, moet, anchor :\
                        SGI = grolsch, dandelion, black :\
                        ALPHA = widget, thalamus, foobar :\
                        HPPA = boa, nag, python

Wich means: the boxes with hostname widget, thalamus, foobar can be used 
by john to use sudo su from them.
