Is that really what it says?  If you don't have at least this:

127.0.0.1               localhost.localdomain localhost

then therein lies your problem.

Get rid of the other unneeded entries.  A DHCP host should not have a 
static entry for itself (and *thwap* to Red Hat for putting it there 
when you install as a DHCP client).
