Hi,

Thanks for the tip. I installed the mozilla-0.9.2.1-2 rpm
successfully. It looks a lot better than Netscape 4.78. There are some
problems, like I can't log in to certain sites. Also, does mozilla come
with its own e-mail client? Or do I have to use Netscape Communicator?
Then I tried installing the 1.0 rc2 rpm (I couldn't find a 1.0 rc3
rpm). I got these error messages:

[root@ripley mozilla]# rpm -Uvh mozilla-1.0.rc2-3.i386.rpm
error: failed to stat /deckard_data: Stale NFS file handle
Preparing... ###########################################
[100%]
package mozilla-0.9.2.1-2 (which is newer than mozilla-1.0.rc2-3) is
already installed

I tried to --force the installation:

[root@ripley mozilla]# rpm -Uvh --force mozilla-1.0.rc2-3.i386.rpm
error: failed to stat /deckard_data: Stale NFS file handle
Preparing... ###########################################
[100%]
   1:mozilla ###########################################
[100%]
regxpcom: error while loading shared libraries: regxpcom: undefined
symbol: NS_InitXPCOM2
error: execution of %post scriptlet from mozilla-1.0.rc2-3 failed, exit
status 127

What's the regxpcom error? And why does it think that mozilla-0.9.2.1-2
is newer than 1.0.rc2-3? 'rpm -qa mozilla' shows:

mozilla-0.9.2.1-2
mozilla-1.0.rc2-3

It's 0.9.2.1-2 that actually runs when I launch mozilla. Thanks,

Hidong
