Unless you're running firewalling and masquerading, you won't be ale to 
get out from the other workstations.

192.168.x.x is not routable IP space...that is, you can't get to/from the 
internet to any address in that range on a direct connect...you have to 
have some sort of masquerading in place, so that the world thinks you're 
coming from a legitimate, legally routable IP address.
