Preferably, don't. Use SMTP AUTH instead; check the archives for how to do so. All you need to do (assuming you're running a _recent_ Red Hat RPM) is uncomment three lines from /etc/mail/sendmail.mc, generate a sendmail.cf file using the included instructions, and restart sendmail. Two minute process once you find the instructions. Post again (with SMTP AUTH in the subject) if you can't find it. -- Rodolfo J.
