Not hard at all. During install, when partitioning, partition hdb and assign 
it /home mount point (using fdisk). The installer wil takes care of the rest. 
If at some point you want to add a third HD, just partition it, and then make 
a new mount point in the / directory (eg.  home2), and mount hdc, and so on.
