In mine (yours might be slightly different) it's under

~/.mozilla/kcsmart/4z4fzymx.slt/bookmarks.html

I know you'll need to change the kcsmart bit, and not sure about the
4z4fzymx.slt part. I never tried copying them in directly, but I did a
symlink from under ~/.netscape into the mozilla directory once and both
handled them just fine. You could also import them (I think that's an
option under mozilla).
