I personally think that the Linux System Administration by Marcel Gagne (ISBN: 0-201-71934-7) is an excellent book. I don't believe in these Linux Certification Exams, so I don't know if this book will help you ace the exam... however, for practical purposes, this book is #1 and I recommend it to any beginner/intermediate sysadmin.
