Maybe you should try it with the latest version of Mozilla / composer. The one that comes with RH 7.2 is pretty old. Mozilla 1.0RC1 is out. I've been using it for couple days, and it's stable. The composer does not mangling anything when you click the preference "Retain original source formatting", at least when I tried it quickly. Reuben D.
