I tried it this morning Jim before I replied to your post, and it took
right off running fine.

I assume you did a "service sendmail stop" multiple times until you got
a "Fail" and then done "service sendmail start"???

What error is comming up?

Check you mail.log and see if sendmail is successfully blocking anything
with spamcop.
