On my redhat 7.1 system, I ran:

 rpm -q --whatprovides libcrypto.so.2

And it came back with:

 openssl-0.9.6b-8

rpmfind.net shows this rpm at:

ftp://rpmfind.net/linux/redhat/7.2/en/os/i386/RedHat/RPMS/openssl-0.9.6b-8.i386.rpm

And, while it's listed as for use with RH7.2, I would imagine it probably 
works just fine with 7.0, as it's working just fine with 7.1, here.
