<sigh>  I wish it were that easy.  I've got mod_perl-1.26-2 installed, the 
one listed on RedHat's errata site as well as all the others listed for 
that errata item:

perl-5.6.1-26.72.3
perl-CGI-2.752-26.72.3
perl-CPAN-1.59_54-26.72.3
perl-DB_File-1.75-26.72.3
perl-NDBM_File-1.75-26.72.3
mod_perl-1.26-2

While I'm on the subject, why doesn't setting

SSLEngine off

in the "SSL Global Context" section of apache's config file seem to make 
any difference.  If I'm reading the documentation right, setting it thusly 
should disable apache ssl entirely, but it still seems to be listening on 
port 443.
