I don't, but I've never looked for one. Seriously though, it shouldn't be too hard to do it by hand unless you have a truly internecine set of rules. Doing the first few steps "by hand" and then editing the config file (with a backup!) lets you get it right one step at a time, and it's easy to tweak.
