I have an HP Pavilion. I am installing the FA311 card. I went up to the
redhat support site and check out if the hardware was supported. It stated
that it had been reported a few people have gotten the driver to load.

My problem:

I use GNOME. I used the Network Configuration to install the new
hardware. According to NetGear's support site you should be able to use
the National Semiconductor chip driver. Because their driver doesn't even
compile, so they have obviously given up on supporting Linux. So I try
that and I get the error message that the connection is not correct.

I'm running RedHat Linux 7.2

Any ideas???

Thanks in advance.
