RHN basic subscriber .ISO downloads are broken

I have recently paid the 60 bux a year for the basic RHN. Most of the things im paying for i realy like, and find it well worth the money. However i do have 2 problems so far.   One: when i go into the .ISO section to try to download 7.2 it just hangs there. Does nothing. Says getting file information in my web browser. Never starts. Allthough i do see alot of activity on my cable modem, yet nothing going to the hard disk itself.   Two: Redhat does not have the beta .ISO's available for download. This one REALY erked me alot. I feel Redhat should add its beta .ISO's to that section.   The reason i mainly bought the account was to get better speed and stay up to date with redhat products. up2date is great now. The .ISO scene im realy not happy with. I have also talked about this to people on IRC channels, every single one of them said they were upset that there were no beta .ISO's. Also i had 1 other person try to download any .ISO. He had the same ressults. Just sits there. My account is now days old, and fully active. Everything else works.   Jim.
