My printcaps file entry for a working remote printer looks
very similar some differences
:rm=star:\
:rp=laserjet:\
There is no line with lp=
:lpd_bounce=true:\
Also when I was setting up my remote printer someone told
me to create a hosts.lpd file I put one on both machines
it should just have the machine name no domain or anything
so /etc/hosts.lpd would look like this
star
mars
veuns
moon
I don't know if you really need it on both machines but
it works.
