If the linux box can boot from it I will assume that you did not do the 
number 1 mistake, which is to burn the cd with the ISO image as a file on 
it, instead of buring the ISO image as the filesystem on the CD.

The most likely problem, then, is that you do not have the BIOS set up on 
the windows machine to bood from CD before booting from the hard drive.
