I've done this to 3 machines now. Dual partition, split right in half. drive 1 (C) primary Win 98 or ME. drive 2 (D) logical drive takes up all of the extended partition. Windows formats both partitions. Redhat has always found the 2nd partition, and allowed me to repartition it. However I will try your suggestion. The only MAJOR difference in these machines is this ATA card.
