I checked that Citadel/UX.   The user runs Windoz, so it's something
lese, maybe similar.  I tried pinging and tracerouting the Turkey and
Kuwait ip's and either they're ifrewalled or the ip's were spoofed.  One
was unreachable and the other one had excessive echo times.
