Mike Harris put together a .rpmmacros file so users could build rpms in 
their home directory.

I took his rpmmacros file, made a minor change or two for personal 
preferences, and wrote a script to install the file and create the needed 
directories. The script is pretty basic, but those new to rpm might find 
it useful.
