Yes, I've been using them for a couple of years now. They're great, especially as a substitute for a hardware watchdog timer. I also have a fairly nice multi-user e-mail light script if you're interested. I use software called "heyu" from http://heyu.tanj.com/ with my CM11A controller. If you have one of the newer "Firecracker" controllers then the heyu page also (AFAIR) has a link to a compatible Linux program.
