Hi, I attemped to CTRL+\ when running a text based application. The program then core dumped appropriately. After that point though, I began to receive Bus Errors when running any program. Checking online from my roomie's computer, the advise was to shut down the computer immediately (not software but a hardware shutdown). I did and now everything is back to normal.
