Darwin's tcsh does fuzzy matching with any command, though.  I typed 
'pine', which it didn't understand, and got:

Ok?  ping?

Not what I wanted, but nice nonetheless.

Could y'all please wrap your lines at 70?  Several posts recently have 
had a problem with that.
