Also take a look at rsync, which will do the job quite well too. Many of the mirrors use rsync to keep in sync. However, Red Hat itself does not allow rsync access so you'll have to check some of the mirrors to find one which does allow it. If you are going to do this, please be courteous. Run your mirror script once a day or once every couple of days, at low-traffic times. That way the server admin won't hate you for being a nuisance. -- Rodolfo J.
