The use of "freedom of speach" was entirely 'tongue in cheek' as I interpreted the comment I was responding to. I don't think anybody really took the Slashdot thing seriously, I certainly didn't. I think the RH employee was just a little silly unintentionally, he clearly shows loyalty to RH but equally clearly hadn't considered that useing his RH mail account to respond in such a manner might be inapropriate.
