linuxconf has a sendmail module; if you don't have linuxconf installed, get out your RH cd#2, mount /dev/cdrom /mnt/cdrom cd /mnt/cdrom/RedHat/RPMS ls -l linux* and when you see it listed rpm -ivh linuxconf*
Then add the sendmail module to linuxconf -- run linuxconf, got to "linuxconf configuration"->"modules".
