I think I see that I need to be running scp. Does this need to be running as a daemon service, or what? The man pages aren't real specific.

I can't seem to make the file transfer part of it work - is there something I'm missing - some special setup on my ssh configs? -----Original Message----- From: David Talkington [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] Sent: Thursday, January 17, 2002 5:56 PM To: '[EMAIL PROTECTED]' Cc: '[EMAIL PROTECTED]' Subject: Re: SSH and file transfer -----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Burke, Thomas G. wrote: > Unfortunately, TT doesn't support ssh2, and the author has no intent >to adding support. PuTTY has a command line counterpart, pscp, which works like its scp Unix equivalent. If you prefer drag and drop, get the client from SSH Communications, free for personal use. VanDyke has one, but they no longer give me free upgrades to the software for which I paid $100, so I stopped caring. I'm not sure what XYZmodem has do to with this, though. - -d - -- David Talkington PGP key: http://www.prairienet.org/~dtalk/0xCA4C11AD.pgp - -- http://setiathome.ssl.berkeley.edu/pale_blue_dot.html -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: PGP 6.5.8 Comment: Made with pgp4pine 1.75-6 iQA/AwUBPEdWoL9BpdPKTBGtEQIHeQCeM5Abm7wg9aAbJHtqfcfdSs5SUEkAn3RN M/W94I9kJXFGvAjURo9pR5Qu =bqYQ -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- _______________________________________________ Redhat-list mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] https://listman.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/redhat-list _______________________________________________ Redhat-list mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] https://listman.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/redhat-list _______________________________________________ Redhat-list mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] https://listman.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/redhat-list
