Well, does the kernel recognize them?
Do you see them assigned eth0 and eth1 during the boot process?
(you can check while your system is running with: dmesg | less)
If so, then all you need to do is configure them which can be graphically done with linuxconf or netconf
If these cards are not seen, you either need to rebuild the kernel, or build the modular driver and insmod those drivers before you configure it. I never found kuduz to be much help as far as configuration goes, I just use it to verify the system can recognize the hardware.
