Tripwire is designed for intrusion detection.  ANY changes to the file
system can be detected, whether it's a deleted file, a newly created
file, or file that has been altered in some way.  Tripwire is setup to
send out an email on a daily basis, giving you a full report on what's
changed.  You're probably getting these errors because tripwire was
never initially setup.

If you just want to remove it, you can go to /etc/cron.daily & remove
the tripwire-check file.

Or remove the rpm that installed it ;)
