You won't find it in your image viewer.

Open your image viewer - whichever one you use.

Let's take Gimp, for instance.

Load the picture. Then right-click on picture and select FILE > PRINT
In the Print window that pops up, under Printer Settings, select FILE for the 
type of Printer. Click on the PRINT button and give the output file a name. 

Then open a terminal window and type ps2pdf <filename>
