You can always get a newer release.  Once you've installed 7.2, go to the
rawhide folder in RedHat's ftp site and grab packages from there, or else grab
them all and build your own ISO.  AFAIK, there is no pre-built ISO for anything
post-7.2.

Beware that rawhide RPMs may render your system unbootable, corrupt data,
fail to install, conflict with other packages, and generally make your life
hell.  They're sometimes more alpha than beta, but if you can live with those
minor restrictions and want to help Red Hat debug the packages, go for it.
